Established in 2009, Himalayan Kitchen has shared authentic Indian and Nepalese cuisine with Honolulu for over a decade. Chef and owner Suman created a menu that blends Nepali, Indian, and Tibetan influences from the Himalayan region. Each dish is prepared from scratch using fresh vegetables from local vendors and fresh catch fish from local fishermen. The mission is simple: serve honest food and make every guest feel at home.

At Himalayan Kitchen, every meal is cooked to order and made your way. Guests can choose spice levels from 0 to 10 or try house hot sauce for extra heat. The kitchen offers many vegetarian and vegan options along with meat and poultry dishes. Daily specials highlight creative fusion ideas from the chefs. With indoor and outdoor dining plus a private room for events, comfort and choice always come first.
